“It seems that the third week in April has become our time of calamity.” 

Rather shockingly, those are the stark words of The Washington Post on April 19th, 2013 specifically referencing the 7 day period between April 14th- April 20th. A week, that history has come to show, harbors some of the worst catastrophes in US history. While it only covers 2% of the year, there are 18 different events that span this tragic time. The question is, however, will something “tragic” happen again during this 7 day period?
