Everyone from Joe Biden to Donald Trump, to leading Generals, are all warning that war with North Korea could be likely in the very near future. Considering warnings have been given from multiple public figures the Center for Disease Control (CDC) has also joined in on the action and will be hosting a “Public Health Response to Nuclear Detonation Event.” An event in which radiation specialists will give advice to the public on what to do if a nuclear bomb did detonate in America. Though the CDC claims the nuclear war is “unlikely” I do believe it’s still something that shouldn’t be taken off the table.

The CDC Event will be held Jan. 16th and its titled: “Public Health Response to a Nuclear Detonation”
“While a nuclear detonation is unlikely, it would have devastating results and there would be limited time to take critical protection steps. Despite the fear surrounding such an event, planning and preparation can lessen deaths and illness. For instance, most people don’t realize that sheltering in place for at least 24 hours is crucial to saving lives and reducing exposure to radiation. While federal, state, and local agencies will lead the immediate response efforts, public health will play a key role in responding.
“Join us for this session of Grand Rounds to learn what public health programs have done on a federal, state, and local level to prepare for a nuclear detonation. Learn how planning and preparation efforts for a nuclear detonation are similar and different from other emergency response planning efforts.”

we were promised “no nuclear war”. we will wake up one morning and he simply won’t be there anymore. they would probably never tell us how he disappeared.
meanwhile, it is past time they begin to prepare. russia and china and other countries are already prepared. i have been sending messages to trump and other people about preparing people for such a happening.
it is more than about war. any mishap can happen. so i say kudos to them and i am glad to see them beginning to prepare the public. now if we could just get them to build enough bunkers to house the public just in case, we would be set. most of us could not make it to houston to get underground.
