The US military, via the organization known as DARPA, Defense Advanced Research Project Agency, is now creating one of the most dangerous experiments that mankind has ever embarked upon.
A program DARP is creating just might have the capabilities in the very new future to create the locusts spoken of in Revelation chapter nine. Their current program is called, “Insect Allies.” This program allows them to create genetically modified viruses that they then implant into insects and release into the American population. No one knows the repercussions of such a release, however, that’s not stopping DARPA.
But that’s not all, DARPA is alsolooking into ways to enlist fish and other sea life to track enemy submarines at sea via a program called, The Persistent Aquatic Living Sensors (PALS).
This program will allow DARPA to modify existing species to make them better underwater spies. They plan to optimize their senses in order to detect manmade objects.
The problem is could such “Frankin-Creatures” have major impacts on the environment or humanity itself? I believe the question needs to asked. All that and more in this bombshell report…
