Under the Biden Administration Americans watched an unprecedented expansion of federal investigations, prosecutions, and surveillance tied to politics. From January 6 prosecutions to probes involving conservative organizations, donors, and public figures, not to mention the use of law enforcement has become one of the most controversial issues in modern U.S. history.
Under Trumps First administration, arrests of political opponents were nonexistent.
Under the next administration, hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals found themselves investigated, charged, or swept into long legal battles.
Here’s the thing, What happens after a presidency ends can be just as consequential as what happens during it.
Here’s what I am saying, If a new Democrat administration gets voted in after Trump, many are asking whether the prior patters under Biden’s admin could repeat itself, or ever be much worse, more arrest, more censoring.
Bottom LINE The issue isn’t what happens during a presidency—it’s what happens once it’s over….
