The technology being discussed in this article is OLD technology. Much more likely the “mark” will be some type of mandatory chipless DNA tattoo or bio-stamp containing nano-particulates to make the body and mind an integrated part of the “system”.

By the way, ICANN, the International Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, is supposed to officially be taking over control of the Internet on 10/1/2016. ICANN is a global multi-stakeholder organization and is the main Internet governance institution. Wonder if this has anything to do with the “October Surprise”?
Apparently, something is happening along the border between North Korea and South Korea. Reports are coming in on Twitter saying that all commercial air traffic has vacated a wide area south of the DMZ in South Korea due to the declaration of an “active emergency MOA” (military operations area). Its been reported that an earthquake measuring 5.0 was detected near the NK Punggye-ri nuclear weapons test site. Reports indicate this was caused by an underground nuclear test (For all we know it could have been a pre-emptive airstrike on the site!) The “active emergency MOA” was declared at USAF airbase in Osan, SK, and various fighter and strike aircraft were scrambled in response. Two “bogey’s” were spotted on radar by the ATC at Osan. An airborne refueling tanker with possible fighters were picked up approaching NK from Yakota, Japan, which is home to another USAF airbase. Unclear if this is a typical response when NK test their N weapons or something else. Lots of other military activity being reported in other war zones.
Apparently, China began emergency radiation monitoring shortly after the “test”. The nuke “test” was “unconfirmed”! First reports from earthquake monitoring stations indicated that the “explosion” was at ground zero, which would be the reason why the Chinese are monitoring for radiation. USGS says its impossible to now what type of “explosion” it was, whether nuclear or another type.
Still other reports are coming in! Apparently, there is “active combat” in the MOA area! Military communications have gone dark. Large numbers of military aircraft seen departing and approaching Osan airbase. F-16’s in the air over South Korea. Japan’s PM said after the apparent “test” by NK cannot be tolerated. Is it “GO TIME”?
Much going on over South Korea still at this hour! Reports are indicting there is no commercial air traffic being allowed in an expanded MOA in SK. Large numbers of US and SK military aircraft in the air. Communications that are being picked up, that are not being encrypted, indicate helicopters are in the air waiting to respond to any incidents or downed aircrews. Those making these reports on Twitter are unsure if all this activity is defensive or part of a military operation. Air Force One was observed on flight tracker flying over Lake Michigan heading toward WDC in a hurry accompanied by E-6 and E-4 aircraft. Could be a serious situation developing, eh?

Early reports are now indicating that the “explosion” detected near the NK nuclear weapons test site was either at zero depth, or slightly deeper, or it may have been a retaliatory or preemptive strike by…..?
News is reporting that NK has now “confirmed” they tested a nuclear weapon on Friday. Um, yeah, right. I tend not to believe what “they” tell us given they have lied before about other “events”.
Military communications from the SK MOA have gone dark with the exception of aircraft returning to the air traffic control network at Osan. Some aircraft are reporting “code 2” (malfunctions or damage) as they return to base. Still an unusual number of military aircraft in the air according to reports. Apparently, this is just a “show of force” by the US and SK but, this is not the norm.

It may not Parkinson’s. It is called neuropathy of the brain. Very important. This causes seizures too. That could be embarassing since it is usually caused from heavy drinking. Just my thought. I have met people suffering from that. My Grandpa had parkinsons for many years. He was fine. An old fashioned doctor with hand tremors. It did not kill him. He died 20 years later. At the age of 89. I think this may be something more aggressive. I think Parkinson’s is a politically correct version of what is going on. We don’t know what may be in the medicine cabinet
