The only way for Trump to disable the CIA has come to, is to cancel its authority and close it down. PERIOD !!! When any governmental organization is created with absolutely no oversight, it will always falter because of the humans running it. Eventually the people will be force to drain the swamp regardless of whom must be taken out, because eventually it will have to be dealt with. If the Executive branch cannot stop the CIA, the people will through civil war. When the people have had enough they WILL REVOLT and Trump knows this, but he is being hamstrung at every turn by those socialist bastards on the left.

I think that is what JFK had in mind when he fired CIA Director Allen Dulles and voiced his desire to “splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the winds”. We know how that turned out. The CIA is not easily neutered.
