Of course it is being done on purpose. Interesting you have Obama thrown in there. It all started with communist Obama (son of communist Frank Marshall Davis (who raised him during his high school years)). Obama is still the main character in all of this. He calls the shots from the shadows. Of course Obama merely does what his elite globalist masters tell him to do. It all comes down to UN Agenda 21 (aka The Great Reset) which is the tyrannical world wide government they have planned for all humankind. But first the existing order must be taken down. That is what they are doing right now. Unfortunately they control the government, the FBI, the CIA, the Military. All of it. And they control the voting machines so you can’t vote them out.
