You are likely talking about WA state, where I live. The governor Jay Inslee (a rabid Marxist) is aggressively trying to pass 2 bills that will accomplish just what you say. (This man is sick and twisted) Arresting the unvaccinated, those suspected of being covid positive, those who refuse to be tested, etc. It’s real.
