Wait… what? The Supreme Court just handed President Trump a major loss on birthright citizenship — but this may not be the end of the fight. In fact, this may have just triggered the exact political uprising Trump needed.
Because right after SCOTUS upheld birthright citizenship, another report dropped showing there may be an Option B — a way forward with or without the Supreme Court. Congressional Republicans are already looking at other paths, including legislation, birth tourism crackdowns, and even talk of a constitutional amendment.
