In 2018, there has been four false alarms/glitches that have made the public panic for no reason at all. From Hawaii’s ballistic missile threat to two tsunami warnings to a civil warning in Oregon.
Considering we’ve never had this level of ‘mistakes’ before, one must ask, is there an altered motive?

They are Chinese psy op desensitization drills. However, the Hawaii alert actually turned out to be real and the Fox News Report was fake news. Massive scripted (as usual) media cover up on this.
